We operate several sponsorship programmes. Students receive a bursary whilst they study, undertake paid employment during vacations and sandwich placements and have access to experienced professionals with regard to studies and project work. Sponsored students will join the Morgan Sindall Infrastructure graduate development programme on successful completion of studies.
We're also a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers QUEST scheme, which provides undergraduate scholarships.
Professional schemes
As a Morgan Sindall Infrastructure graduate colleague you'll have the opportunity to work towards professional development relevant to your role.
You'll be supported by a qualified mentor on one of our accredited, approved or structured professional training schemes including ICE, RICS, IMechE, IET and CIOB. We also support candidates working towards full membership of a wide variety of institutions such as IEMA, CIPS, CIPD, CIM and CIMA.
Our credentials
We're proud to be a member of The 5% Club, a movement of employers committed to providing opportunities for people to 'earn and learn' as they begin their careers. Members aspire to achieve five per cent of their workforce in earn and learn positions (including apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formalised training schemes) within five years of joining.
We're also an ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers) approved employer, which means we're approved to operate the ICE training scheme. This provides structured learning and professional development support.
