We’re delighted to announce that Morgan Sindall Infrastructure has been awarded Gold accredited membership by The 5% Club’s 2023-2024 Employer Audit Scheme.

The 5% Club audit recognises the UK’s leading employers of apprentices, graduates and degree placement students and we’re pleased to say that over 5% of our colleagues are developed through earn and learn schemes.

We are proud to be one of just 119 UK-wide employers to have met the Gold Standard and have done so for the third consecutive year.

The logo for the 5 per cent Club; members aspire to achieve five per cent of their workforce in earn and learn positions (including apprentices, sponsored students and graduates) within five years of joining.
